ESNcard

The ESNcard is the membership card of the Erasmus Student Network. It is a proof of membership in ESN Pisa and so indirectly of the ESN Network. To learn more visit our website ESNcard.org

With the ESNcard you can:

• Partecipate to our activities, events, trips, parties and much more...
• Get discount with our partners in Pisa
• Get discount with out National Partners 

The ESNcard is valid for 12 months and only valid with a photo and correct personal data. The card is strictly personal and cannot be used by somebody else than the card holder.

Who can get the ESNcard?

You can get the ESNcard, if you belong to one of the following groups :

• Erasmus+ students.
• Erasmus+ trainees.
• Erasmus+ Full International Degree incoming students.
• International incoming students or trainees on a mobility programme, other than Erasmus+.
• International undergraduate or postgraduate full degree students.
• EVS participants.
• ESNers: either active on the Local, National or International Level. They are all members of a section

How can you get the ESNcard?

1. First you need to fill in the following form: Jupiter
2. Then you can go to our offices on the days and times set (more information on Instagram).
3. Once you arrive, they will ask you to pay a Membership Fee of €10 (attention, the fee paid is not for participating in events, but only to become a member and receive the ESNcard).

PLEASE NOTE:

• We approve the registration manually (it's not automatic): there is no need to register many times, moreover this can cause a system failure;
• You will receive a temporary password at the e-mail address given and, on first access, you will be asked to change it;
• If it seems you haven't received your password, have a look also in your spam and promotions folders as often the password gets sent there;
• The phone number has to be entered with the national prefix, without spaces (e.g.: +39 333 111 2222 will be +393331112222).
