Animal shelter volunteers give their love and care to animals abandoned or abused by their owners and looking for a new home.

The 'Gatti Mammoni' association, founded in 2001, manages the private cattery "Cuore di Pirilla." Located 15 minutes from the city center by bus, it shelters over 100 cats, most of them elderly or sick. 

The association lives exclusively on donations and volunteering. You could provide your help by joining us on Saturday, to feed the cats, clean and wash their litter trays. Of course, some time will also be left to interact and play with them.
